Our in-home/onsite one-on-one personal training instruction delivers a well-rounded fitness routine that will keep you and/or your group motivated and excited about getting into shape all in the comfort of your own home, office or other off-site location.

Our sessions include individualized programs that incorporate strength training, kickboxing, plyometrics, cardio conditioning, flexibility training and more into your weekly visits. We teach our clients the correct way to workout so that injury is avoided and benefits are achieved. We ensure that each visit is different, to avoid plateauing and getting bored with a routine.

We also offer in-home/off-site Yoga instruction for those looking to strengthen their body and mind and distress from all that wedding planning!
